How do you measure your chest size?

Place your arms at your side, inhale and measure your chest. Keep the tape measure parallel to the ground and take the measurement at the widest point of your chest.

How do you measure your waist?

Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, where you can bend over. Keep the tape measure parallel to the ground and add the length of one finger to the measurement.

How do you measure your hips?

Stand up straight, with your feet together, and measure around your hips at the thickest part, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.
